1. Rogue Fist Collects The Following Data While Playing:

Account ID: Used to identify your account to save/load game progress.

Gameplay Data: Progress, achievements, statistics, leaderboards, and other gameplay-related information.

Device type (PC, mobile, console).

Device language.

Device identifiers (like a hashed device ID) for session tracking.

Operating system and version.

Graphics API / GPU info.

Screen resolution.

2. How Data Is Collected

Epic Online Services (EOS) collects your Epic Account ID and related gameplay data when you log in through the Epic Games Launcher.

Steam collects your Steam Account ID and related gameplay data when you launch the game through Steam.

Unity Game Services (UGS) collects your Account ID, gameplay events, session data, device information, and leaderboard activity through integrated analytics and online service tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your Account ID to save and sync your game progress across devices. On your local machine, a dedicated folder is created for your account (named after your Account ID), ensuring that multiple users on the same device can play without interfering with each other's saved data.

We use your Account ID with Unity Game Services to enable an online crossplatform feature; leaderboards, allowing your scores to be retrieved and submitted. Your Account ID is used to generate a unique username on Unity Game Services, which is displayed on leaderboards and used for authentication.

Debugging crash reports, improving the game experience, and analyzing gameplay data.

Only processing data for the purposes described above; your information will not be used for unrelated purposes.

4. How We Share Your Information

Steam users: Your Steam Account ID and related gameplay data are shared with Steam for authentication and cloud save features.

Epic Games users: Your Epic Account ID and related gameplay data are shared with Epic Online Services for authentication and cloud save features.

Unity Game Services: Your Account ID is shared with Unity to access Unity Game Services for authentication and crossplatform leaderboard features.

We do not sell or share your information with any third parties for marketing purposes.

5. User Consent

By playing Rogue Fist and using the online features, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your account, gameplay, and device data as described in this privacy policy. If you do not agree, you should not use these features.

6. Data Security and Retention

Retained data exists within Unity Game Services databases. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is retained only as long as necessary to provide game services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
